I'm still using an app for light to medium exercises, stretches, and yoga. Didn't start hitting the gym, didn't start learning how to swim and didn't start learning how to roller skate.
But I did get roller skates and safety stuff and safety stuff for swimming for next year!
One goal at a time is fine. And for as much as I've been saying I want to learn how to swim in roller skate I've really been working on weight loss stuff this year.
