ankle weights

It's been a long time but I'm happy to have the ankle weights back on! I have so much stuff that I put to the side that got put to the side because they're uncomfortable to use during summer but now it's winter and I should be okay. Might even be able to wear them into spring.

belt back on

I put my waist trainer back on and I've been doing it consistently for a week now. Summer isn't the time for me to be wearing the waist trainer and then I fall out of the habit but now I'm back in the habit and it's good to be back! 

I'm still using an app for light to medium exercises, stretches, and yoga. Didn't start hitting the gym, didn't start learning how to swim and didn't start learning how to roller skate. 

But I did get roller skates and safety stuff and safety stuff for swimming for next year! 

One goal at a time is fine. And for as much as I've been saying I want to learn how to swim in roller skate I've really been working on weight loss stuff this year.
