update 11/7/23

I haven't been doing calisthenics much recently since I've been moving around.

I did get the waist trainer, but it's too small so I ordered one a size larger.

I got a vibrating pelvic wand that has been working better than expected! I'm glad I got the vibrating one because the vibration really helps. They only supposed to do it for one or two minutes for each sore spot at a time when you first start, but you can do it longer as time goes on. I feel like it's easier to tolerate because it vibrates.
